PSG are looking to add a central midfielder when no one has played alongside Adrien Rabiot and Marco Verratti after Thiago Motta retires. N'Golo Kante is their number one target but the chances of success in this deal are low. So what does PSG have to do to fill this position?

The Ligue 1 champions will have to strengthen a central midfielder, but can not spend too much on the Financial Justice law. As such, the PSG's number one goal is almost bankrupt. PSG will have to switch to another option. Coach Thomas Tuchel wants to entice old pupil Julian Weigl in Dortmund. But the German team is not ready to release Weigl, and the midfielder is also afraid of going to PSG is not the main kick. Up to now, things have not progressed with Weigl.
