Former England midfielder Frank Lampard has called on Gareth Southgate to select Harry Kane as captain for the World Cup in 2018.
Since taking charge of England, coach Southgate has not selected the official captain. Instead, the British strategist turns the captain's armband to encourage different stars. Jordan Henderson made seven appearances as captain, Harry Kane (six) and Eric Dier (three) respectively.
