Abramovich's troubles with England
In March 1818, in Salisbury, England, Sergei Skripal, a former Russian intelligence officer and his daughter Yulia were poisoned. This incident has strained relations between Russia and Britain. The UK has forced hundreds of wealthy people from Russia whose assets or facilities in the foggy island have to prove "clean money" to continue to issue "golden visas" - visas for foreigners investing more than 2 million pounds per year.
Political tensions between Russia and the UK have had a direct impact on billionaire Chelsea boss Abramovich. Abramovich's Visa Gold expires in April. Abramovich has applied for a new visa but has not been resolved though the two months have passed. Meanwhile, on the home page, the British visa issuing agency wrote: "You will receive a visa decision within 3 weeks."
Abramovich took the visa by naturalizing Israel. The Chelsea owner is Jewish and, according to Islamic law, Abramovich will return to Israel. When he became an Israeli, Abramovich could enter the UK for short stays without a visa.

But, according to The Sun, the British government can still make Abramovich. Israelis can go to the UK without a visa but are not allowed to work. In addition, if Abramovich was listed as a contributor to England, the authorities of the country could also prevent him from entering Israel.
Recently, according to the Israeli press, Abramovich has withdrawn his visa application in the UK for waiting in tiring. Thus, the Russian billionaire no longer salty but with the island of fog.
Chelsea is in jeopardy
In 2003, Abramovich bought Chelsea and his rubles made the club a new force in English football as well as in Europe. Chelsea relied on Abramovich for the club's nickname "Chelski".
Abramovich has invested a lot of money into Chelsea. Last year, he cut himself off on a £ 1billion project to build Chelsea's new Stamford Bridge. When this project is completed, Chelsea will have the most modern stadium in Europe.
But this project is being stopped by Abramovich's troubles with England. The official statement said the new stadium was delayed due to the current adverse investment climate. Put it bluntly, it's because Abramovich did not want to invest £ 1b in a country he was not allowed to work with.
Chelsea are postponing their plans to build a new stadium
The consequence that Chelsea are suffering is that they have not decided to coach next season. Chelsea are aiming for Maurizio Sarri to replace Antonio Conte, but are on the verge of signing a deal with Napoli. Chelsea do not want to spend £ 7m on Sarri's transfer deal with Napoli.
Chelsea are showing the opposite style to them in the past. By the end of 2015, Chelsea will lose £ 40m for Jose Mourinho sacking and they still do. But now, The Blues calculates further in the appointment Sarri.
Abramovich's problem is having a big impact on Chelsea and building new pitches and appointing new Sarri is the first sign. DailyMail also predicts Abramovich will sell Chelsea to "break up" England. If so, Chelsea will really be in jeopardy.
